We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. To ensure fairness and transparency, please review our cancellation rules below:

• Within 12 Hours of Placing the Order
  Cancellation requests submitted within the first 12 hours after placing an order are fully accepted. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment with no deductions.

• After 12 Hours of Placing the Order
  Once the 12-hour window has passed, most orders have already entered the production stage. At this point, cancellations are still possible; however, a production fee will apply to cover materials and processing already in progress. In these cases, the maximum refund available is up to 80% of the total order value.

Please note that once production is significantly advanced or the order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
